Headhunting: Combines the highly valued methods of a top recruitment/headhunting consultancy with revolutionary testing and search know-how to offer both clients and candidates a professional and greatly prized service, which is second to none in the region. If our databases do not come up with the qualifications our clients seek, Career Design has the means to find these highly positioned professionals and introduce them to clients.

Testing: A wide variety of recognized tests and testing methods exist to scrutinize candidates in all their aspects. These tests usually cover candidates who have been short-listed, and if required by the client, a comprehensive testing procedure is also available for all the client’s employees.

Training: Career Design’s tailor-made training programs are targeted to provide specialized courses for companies in various business disciplines and include Finance and Sales. Recruitment Procedure from the clients’ side

To ensure that clients find the type of employee they seek, Career Design requires that all clients fill a Job Request form and sign a Recruitment Services Agreement, which explicitly specifies their target. All financial matters between Career Design and the client are agreed upon in the Terms and Conditions of Service Agreement, which are binding on both parties.

From this point forward, Career Design then sets out to find the best talent for the job from across the region. The client can continue with day-to-day operations while Career Design takes on the responsibly to find, interview and select the best candidates suitable for the position. Once a short-list and report is presented, the client then interviews the ideal candidates and makes a choice. Career Design’s services also include offering its office space to clients to conduct interviews with candidates.
